Анотація

Наукова стаття присвячена розгляду звернень громадян органами прокуратури Республіки Узбекистан, що існували на території колишнього СРСР в 1924-1991 роках. Аналіз, представлений в науковій статті,заснований на даних Центрального Державного архіву Республіки Узбекистан, наукових статтях, написаних дослідниками, які проводили свої дослідження в даній області, особами, які працюють в органах прокуратури, інформації та статистичних даних, що зберігаються в архіві Генеральної прокуратури Республіки Узбекистан. Вивчено історію виникнення норм, закріплених у чинному в даний час Законі Республіки Узбекистан «Про звернення фізичних та юридичних осіб». У той же час вказується на походження інституту нагляду органів прокуратури за забезпеченням своєчасного і законного розгляду скарг, що надходять заявниками в діяльність органів прокуратури, а також за дотриманням законів, що регулюють порядок розгляду скарг іншими установами. Ця стаття узагальнює факти і містить інформацію, необхідну не тільки для прокурорів, які працюють в даний час в системі прокуратури Республіки Узбекистан, а й для тих, хто цікавиться історією Узбекистану.
