Наукова стаття присвячена дослідженню особливостей укладання трудового договору з іноземними громадянами та особами без громадянства, визначенню прав та обов’язків роботодавців та іноземних громадян і осіб без громадянства при прийнятті на роботу. Вносяться пропозиції щодо закріплення у чинному Кодексі законів про працю України і проекті Трудового кодексу України щодо регулювання трудових відносин іноземців та осіб без громадянства, які працюють в Україні.Посилання
